A retro poster of Coniston Water in the Lake District National Park depicting many of the elements that make it such a popular area for visitors including mountains, lake, the famous steamer and reflections. The blue birds are a nod to Donald Campbell's water speed record attempt in the Bluebird. Overlayed on top is an outline and shape of the lake itself.
 
This is one of a special collection of LAKE DISTRICT poster prints specifically based on lakes and meres found in the English Lake District National Park. Eight lakes have been chosen for their popularity and the designs represent the particular character of each one. There is also one for the Lake District Park itself and one with all the collection of 9 designs.
A particular feature of the designs is that each one has an outline of the particular lake superimposed on top while the main Lake District design has an outline of the Park boundaries with lakes.
These have all been hand drawn using a digital pen and computer tablet. No AI has been used!
