Continuing my ink and pencil series, I've now introduced coloured inks into my work. This one is using acrylic inks onto Amersand Claybord (sic). This board is better suited for the scratching method on the highlights but still quite tricky for applying a smooth layer of ink using a brush. It all take a bit of practice and I had a better idea of how to work at it by the end, I'm certainly enjoying exploring new mediums and techniques while pushing myself out of comfort zones.
